REGISTRATION & PACKAGES
PACKAGE OPTIONS
Three packages are available:

Package 1: Single room, meals, and Congress registration

Package 2: Shared double room, meals, and Congress registration

Package 3: Congress registration only

Room Availability and Allocation
Accommodation is limited and subject to availability. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability cannot be guaranteed for later registrations.
Participants may choose between a single room and a shared double room, subject to availability.
If you choose a shared double room, please provide the name and gender of a family member or friend who is also attending the Congress and with whom you would like to share.
If you are attending alone and select a shared double room, the Congress organisers will assign you a roommate of the same gender, subject to availability.
Instalment Payments
Instalment payment options may be available at checkout when paying with Mastercard or PayPal. This service is provided by Stripe, our payment provider, and may incur additional fees. Instalment payments are managed by Stripe, not by the Congress organisers.
Additional Accommodation
Would you like to arrive one day before the Congress or extend your stay by one day after the event? Please contact us at info@joannainternational.org to enquire about availability.
Age Requirements
The Congress is intended for adults only and is not suitable for children. Registration is therefore open exclusively to adult participants.
Package 1
The package includes:
Single Room + Meals + Congress Registration
1) Accommodation: Check-in 26 March 2027 - check-out 28 March 2027.
2) Meals: 26 March 2027 - Dinner. 27 March 2027 – Breakfast, coffee break , lunch, coffee break and dinner. 28 March 2027 – Breakfast, coffee break and lunch
3) Registration: for 3 days (26, 27 and 28 March 2027)
TOTAL = 500€ (price per person)
The ticket service fee charged by the website provider is additional and will be shown at checkout separately from the ticket price.
By registering, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Congress Privacy Policy.

The package includes:
Double Room + Meals + Registration
1) Accommodation: Check-in 26 March 2027 - check-out 28 March 2027.
