PACKAGE OPTIONS
Three package options will be offered, as described below.
Bedrooms for the event are subject to limited availability and, therefore, there may not be any bedrooms available for those who book later.
Bedroom accommodation for the Congress participants is based on people sharing a bedroom. There are a few triple bedrooms available at the Congress, but all other bedrooms are for double occupancy. Please note that there are no single bedrooms available for Congress participants.
In making a reservation for bedroom accommodation you agree to share your bedroom with a second person. When making your booking please notify us of the name and gender of a family member or a friend who will be attending the Congress and with whom you are willing to share the bedroom.
If you are attending the Congress as a single person you agree to share a double occupancy bedroom with a Congress participant of the same gender as yourself.
When registering for the Congress you can either pay in full or enjoy the flexibility of paying in two instalments. Simply select “Double Room – Instalment 1” or “Triple Room – Instalment 1” when registering. You will pay the first instalment at the time of your registration, and within one month we will send to your registered email address a link to pay the second instalment.
Please note, your booking for the Congress and for bedroom accommodation is not confirmed until we have received full payment of all your instalments.

The Congress is for adults and is not suitable for children. Reservations will only be accepted for adult participants.

The package includes:
Double Room + Meals + Registration
1) Accommodation: Check-in 28 August 2026 - Check-out 30 August 2026. You have the option of a double room with either a double bed or twin beds. The number of rooms is limited, so we advise you to book early.
2) Food:
28 August 2026 - Dinner
29 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break , lunch, coffee break and dinner
30 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break and lunch
3) Congress Registration:
for 3 days (28, 29 and 30 August 2026)
TOTAL = 400€ (price per person)
The ticket service fee charged by the website provider is additional and will be shown at checkout separately from the ticket price.
