PACKAGE OPTIONS
Four accommodation packages are available, as described below.
Rooms for the event are limited and subject to availability. Reservations will therefore be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and rooms may no longer be available for those who register later.
Participants may choose between single, twin or triple rooms, subject to availability.
If you choose shared accommodation (twin or triple room), please provide the name and gender of a family member or friend who will also be attending the Congress and with whom you would like to share a room.
If you are attending the Congress on your own and choose a twin or triple room, the Congress organisers will allocate you to share with another participant of the same gender who has selected the same room type, subject to availability.
The instalment payment option is available until 25 July. Your Congress registration and accommodation booking will only be confirmed once full payment of all instalments has been received.

The Congress is intended for adults only and is not suitable for children. Bookings will be accepted for adult participants only.
Package 1
The package includes:
Double Room + Meals + Registration
1) Accommodation: Check-in 28 August 2026 - Check-out 30 August 2026. You have the option of a double room with either a double bed or twin beds. The number of rooms is limited, so we advise you to book early.
2) Food:
28 August 2026 - Dinner
29 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break , lunch, coffee break and dinner
30 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break and lunch
3) Congress Registration:
for 3 days (28, 29 and 30 August 2026)
TOTAL = 400€ (price per person)
The ticket service fee charged by the website provider is additional and will be shown at checkout separately from the ticket price.

Package 2
The package includes:
Triple Room + Meals + Registration
1) Accommodation:
Check-in 28 August 2026 - Check-out 30 August 2026. You have the option of triple room. The number of rooms is limited, so we advise you to book early.
2) Food:
28 August 2026 - Dinner
29 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break , lunch, coffee break and dinner
30 August 2026 – Breakfast, coffee break and lunch
3) Congress Registration:
for 3 days (28, 29 and 30 August 2026)
TOTAL = 300€ (price per person)

Congress Registration only
