The aim of this session is to help us understand that the search for the soul requires the therapy of love, as a pathway for self-care and as a liberating solution.

Sacred and transcendent experiences, which can catalyse lasting transformation, intertwine with our emotional landscape, allowing us to encounter the divine and mysterious, evoking powerful emotional responses that lead to personal change. It is also crucial to understand how our emotions may be influenced by external sources, such as other minds or disembodied spirits. Recognising emotional shifts and exploring the role of mediumship in discerning these influences helps us navigate and understand the complexities of our emotional journey.
