PACKAGE OPTIONS
Rooms for the event are subject to limited availability and, therefore, there may not be any rooms available for those who wish to book later. Please reserve your space as soon as possible and take advantage of early bird and instalment discounts as described below.
In Package 1, the prices below per person include registration for 3 days of the event, 2 nights of accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner). If you wish to arrive 1 day earlier or extend your stay, please get in touch with us by email: internationalcongressjoanna@gmail.com
Registration for the event will not be available in instalments after July 7th, so it will only be possible upon payment of the full amount of £450.
In Package 2, the prices per person include registration for the 3 days of the event, coffee with biscuits, lunch, afternoon tea with cake and dinner. This package does not include accommodation.
The Congress is for adults and is not suitable for children. Reservations will only be accepted for adult participants.

The package includes:

1) Accommodation: Check-in 12/09/2025 - check-out 14/09/2025. You have the option of a single, double, or triple room. The number of rooms is limited, so we advise you to book early.
2) Food:
12/09/2025 - Afternoon tea with cake and dinner
13/09/2025 – Breakfast, coffee with biscuits, lunch, afternoon tea with cake and dinner
14/09/2025 – Breakfast, coffee with biscuits and lunch
3) Registration: for 3 days (12, 13 and 14/09/2025)
TOTAL = £450 (price per person)
Payment in pounds sterling.
The ticket service fee is additional and will be shown at checkout separately from the ticket price.
