PACKAGE OPTIONS
The Joanna Angelis International Congress 2025 will take place at the High Leigh Conference Centre in Hertfordshire, near London, England. For the comfort of the participants, it is possible to stay overnight and have meals at the congress venue. See below for details of the packages available and choose the best option. Limited places.
Bookings completed by 12th January 2025 qualify for the highest available discount and can be paid in up to three convenient instalments. Bookings made after 7th February 2025 will be charged the full price.
In Package 1, the prices indicated below include, per person, registration for the 3 days of the event, 2 nights of accommodation and all meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. In Package 2, the prices indicated below include, per person, registration for the 3 days of the event and meals: mid-morning coffee with biscuits, a hot lunch, afternoon tea with cake and evening meals. This package does not include accommodation.
After 7th June 2025, registrations for the event will not have instalment options, and a full payment of £450 (for Package 1) or £250 (for Package 2) must be made at the time of registration.
The Congress is for adults and is unsuitable for children. Bookings will only be accepted for adult participants.
Package 1
Package 1 includes:
Accommodation + Meals + Registration
1) Accommodation: check-in 12 September 2025 - check-out 14 September 2025. Choice of single, double or triple room. There is a limit of rooms, but availability will be offered at the time of enrolment.
2) Meals: coffee break and dinner on 12 September 2025, breakfast, lunch, coffee break and dinner on 13 September 2025 and breakfast, coffee break and lunch on 14 September 2025.
3) Registration: for 3 days (12, 13 and 14 September 2025)
TOTAL = £450 (price per person)
Payments are in British Pounds.
The service charge for the ticket will be displayed separately from the ticket price at checkout.
